Crime Trilogy To Promote Crime Awareness, Business & Co-Branding Opportunities: 17 December 2007 – 29 February 2008

Proudly South African takes pride in announcing a joint initiative with corporate governance strategic partner, CGF Research Institute (Pty) Ltd, that will ensure that CGF’s set of three comprehensive research reports on crime are brought to members, enterprises and individuals at a greatly reduced price.

This initiative is informed by the belief that the fight against crime requires the involvement of society at large.  The rationale is that once South African businesses and individuals obtain a better understanding of the root causes of crime and measures that can be implemented to either prevent or mitigate the effects of crime, the battle is half won.

It is anticipated that the intended sale of 21 000 units of the Crime Trilogy, at an affordable price of only R570.00 (incl. VAT) (as opposed to the regular corporate price of R12 000 (incl. VAT)), will boost much-needed awareness of some of the finer points relating to crime and corporate governance issues.

Members are encouraged to make use of this excellent offer, and to consider purchasing the series as corporate gifts, especially since CGF offers co-branding opportunities when a minimum of 250 of the reports are ordered.  There is also an option to resell the Crime Trilogy at a mark-up of not exceeding 15%.
Branded as a Proudly SA and CGF initiative, the three reports jointly provide an in-depth view of crime, corruption and identity crime in all its manifestations, along with relevant statistics, global perspectives and, importantly, proposals and useful guidelines on how to combat the scourge of crime, especially in a business environment. The reports within the Crime Trilogy carry additional peer reviews including Business Unity South Africa (BUSA), Business Against Crime (BAC), Ethics Institute of South Africa (EthicSA), Deloitte, LexisNexis, South African Fraud Prevention Service (SAFPS) and the Innovation Group.

Furthermore, in tune with the Proudly South African ethos, and business sense which has inspired this initiative, CGF will be donate 10% of the proceeds of all sales to a reputable, well-established NGO which is currently active in educating young people on the prevention of crime and violence in schools and correctional facilities.
